Payment Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

The Payment Administrator is in charge of all procession of payment requisition, including

  • Raising Payment Requisition Form for payments with assigned network ID & cost center
  • Verify & upload all Payment Requisition Forms, contracts and claims
  • Facilitating vendor code creation request for new service providers & 3rd party vendors
  • Verifying, uploading, storing & managing files (e.g closing of events)

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of previous experience in administration field
  2. Proficient in system and computer skill (SAP & Microsoft)
  3. Good communication skills (written & oral)
