Infrastructure Engineer

This a fantastic opportunity for this organisation, as they are going through a huge business transformation and have a number of exciting projects which they are looking to implement.

That said, they are urgently looking for IT Infrastructure Engineer for 12 months to contribute to the smooth running of the Infrastructure and Service Delivery elements of the IT team, enabling the delivery of a high quality service to end users, ensuring that Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. They also require someone to provide expertise during their move to the cloud, specifically with our implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated technologies. There is also some flexible working involved with this role

Main Duties:

1.Maintain high performing service support functions including the IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and Infrastructure Support

2.Assist with Windows 10 rollout and EUC refresh

3.To install and configure new IT equipment

4.Contribute to Office 365 & Azure adoption

5.Contribute to MS Dynamics 365 implementation

6.Assist with maintaining infrastructure to the highest quality ensuring patching, protection and support and maintenance are up to date

7.Evolve standards for hardware and security in the EUC environment

8.Contribute to IT security throughout the IT estate including (but not limited to) security and risk management, assessing and mitigating technology and information security risk at all stages

Contract Length: 12 Months

Day Rate: £300
