Analytics Manager - Credit Cards

This leading financial institutions who have a great presence in the market are currently seeking an additional person to join their Credit Cards business to take responsibility for Analytics around their cards products. This will take the form of Pricing, Campaign information, forecasting as well as MI and Reporting data.

In the role you will work with the Cards leadership team to monitor, report and analyse performance of the cards products, keeping for a close eye on areas of success or concern. You will be the primary provider of analytics around customer engagement and campaign strategies, product growth and future pricing initiatives. You will also be involved in the development and production of revenue forecasting.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong numerate / analytical background with a good understanding of unsecured retail banking products (not necessarily cards). You will have a good knowledge of SAS, SQL or comparable tools. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with leaders across the business, providing succinct and timely insight and output from the analytics. You use your commercial acumen to analyse and report around the key financial drivers for the products.
